We believe in not only making buying contact lenses easy, but going above and beyond what’s expected of us.
Every time someone buys from us, they trust us with their sight. So our service doesn’t stop at their letterbox. Since our story began in 2008, we’ve strived to be more than just an online contact lens retailer.
How do we do this? For a start, we have in-house opticians and train employees to provide eye care advice. In 2013, we were acquired by GrandVision, the largest optical retailer in the world. Hot on the heels of that, we launched a partnership with Vision Express in 2014 to provide our customers with free eye tests and contact lens aftercare. We remain the only ‘pure-play’ online contact lens retailer to offer such a wide-ranging service.
Throughout this time, we’ve not forgotten our humble beginnings (above a corner shop in 2008), and we treat people the way we would like to be treated ourselves.
