Freshlook One Day contacts are made from the hydrogel, Nelfilcon A. Despite allowing less oxygen to permeate the lens than a silicone hydrogel material, Nelfilcon A has an impressively high-water content that helps to make these lenses more comfortable to wear.

Availability for astigmatism and presbyopia:

While Freshlook One Day contacts are available for those who are short-sighted, as well as for those who want to try out a new eye colour without correcting their vision (and have spoken to their optician about the suitability of such lenses), unfortunately, they are not available as toric lenses for astigmatic eyes, as multifocal lenses for presbyopic eyes, nor as longsighted lenses for those with hypermetropia.

How long can I wear FreshLook colored contacts?

Freshlook One Day contact lenses can be worn for a single day only - although please consult your optician to ask their recommendation of what would be the optimum wearing time for your eyes per day. This means that at the end of each day they need to be removed and disposed of. You’ll need to insert a new pair the next morning.
