How to order your contact lenses with Lenstore.co.uk
Ordering your contact lenses online with Lenstore.co.uk can be done in three easy steps:
1. Get hold of your contact lens prescription details
Getting hold of your prescription: only an appropriately qualified / registered Contact Lens Optician can prescribe you contact lenses. In order to get your contact lens prescription all you need to do is telephone your Optician and ask for it. They should be able to give you your prescription details over the phone (click here to see the details that you need to collect over the phone). If for some reason they can’t do this then ask them to e mail, fax or post your prescription to you. Your Optician has a legal duty to provide you with your contact lens prescription if you ask for it. They are not allowed to charge you for it so please don’t pay your Optician for this service. Once you have your prescription details, you’re ready to order contact lenses online. However, as we are based in the UK and Europe we have no necessity for you to offer us your prescription when buying contact lenses.
Once you’ve got hold of your prescription you can order as many contact lenses as you need.
Warning: Think you know your contact lens prescription details? If you’ve been wearing your contact lenses for a while the chances are that you’ll know the key parts of your prescription (e.g. the power of your lenses and the brand). However, your full prescription has some additional details which any supplier of contact lenses needs to verify with your Optician (e.g. the base curve, diameter etc…).
2. Select your contact lenses from Lenstore.co.uk’s products pages
Browse our store and select quantity of contact lenses and any accessories that you need. If you have any trouble finding your brand of contact lenses then please call our customer services team and we will be happy to help.
3. Order your lenses and wait for them to arrive to your door
Your contact lenses will be dispatched to you within 5 working days of your order being placed.
