How long does Lenstore take to dispatch my order?
In stock items are shipped the same day on orders placed before 11pm, 7 days a week, so that you can receive them the next day.
Delivery estimates based on our current stock availability are provided on our product pages after entering your prescription details.

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to split or combine orders.
In instances when Royal Mail 24 is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Special Delivery (please note: requires a signature for delivery).
What if my order hasn't arrived?
Royal Mail 24
Most Lenstore.co.uk packages sent via Royal Mail 24 arrive the next day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived 3 working days after dispatch, please message us on Live Chat
If you miss your parcel delivery, Royal Mail will leave a red notification card. This card will explain if your item is left with a neighbour or on its way back to your local delivery office. It also provides details on how to arrange a redelivery.
Special Delivery
Please use the tracking code in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. Please note that if you select special delivery, someone will need to sign for the order on arrival.
International
Depending on your delivery region, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
